How do you deal with sad event?

Everyday we all experience life in a different ways, some might be good while others bad. Now in situation of bad event which make you sad., how do you overcome such moment or deal with the crisis?

First, i know we all have difference ways of fighting situation in our life conscious or unconscious.

*Most important is to talk to someone, express that deep feeling out.

*Listen to good music, it help to free your mind.

*Go for a walk alone, in the process you can recall the event and talk it out with yourself.

*Face the challenge that cause the event, something await you.

This is my personal effective method i use to overcome sad event.
